A New RichRambles is coming…
With my new added employment at Examiner.com, this blog’s primary purpose shouldn’t be about just my opinions on hybrids/cars anymore. Especially since I can do so much more with it. So, in the near future there’s going to be some ads (boo!), but they’ll help me stay afloat as I change the direction of the site, writing more often here (yay!) about a variety of topics, from the nerdy to the other.
Movie reviews, weird (hopefully funny) essays, and more. All to entertain and share with you. Updated often.
I hope.
Remember, remember the 5th of November!
Remember, remember the fifth of November,
The gunpowder treason and plot,
I know of no reason
Why the gunpowder treason
Should ever be forgot.

Site Crash!
Talking with my tech friend Tom, who hosts this site, it seems in doing an update, instead of updating the files, they were deemed corrupted and deleted by the server. Fortunately none of my articles were lost, but for the moment, the design/theme is going to be off from the nice road themed site it was. Hopefully it can be found again and re-applied, I rather liked it, and I think you guys did too.

Back Baby!
Well, it’s been a while. A long while, but I’m back! There have been a number of developments, and lots to discuss, as well as some things that should’ve been discussed but will be glossed over. LOL, perhaps the winter months, with it’s resulting low MPG drains my enthusiasm, who’s to say for sure? However, the point is, I’m back, and hopefully we’ll get back on track and back to blogging regularly!

Welcome To Rich Rambles!
Hello world,
My name is Rich, and I’m a hybrid owner. I’ve got a Ford Escape Hybrid, to which I get about 125% of the EPA fuel economy as a lifetime average. I’m the author of the Ford Escape Hybrid FAQ over at www.greenhybrid.com, and a moderator over there. To be honest, I haven’t been a real car guy for many years, it mostly came about as a result of getting the hybrid, but it’s opened up a lot of doors for me.
I’ve made some fantastic friends out there with fellow hybrid owners, especially Tom who help me set all this up. I’ve also been interviewed a few times because of my “hybrid expertise” for some reason. It’s gotten me into Auto Shows and other events, and perhaps most importantly, it’s gotten me an inviation to race in the Greatest of all Races, the Great Race 2008. www.greatrace.com As a contestant in the MPG Challenge.
I’ve got some Auto reviews, some thoughts, and a lot of pictures to share, so hopefully you’ll find this as fun a site to visit as it is to write!
